The east coast between the airport and Phuket Town. The island's first marina, with a hotel, restaurants and a supermarket in one complex.
Phuket Boat Lagoon opened in 1994 as the island's first marina complex. It suits guests staying in town or on the west coast north of Patong: the drive is short and everything you might need before a day at sea is on site.
One thing to know: the marina is reached through a tidal channel. Yachts go in and out either side of high tide, and the run from the channel entrance to the basin takes about 45 minutes. We check the tide for your date when you book.
By car without traffic, with a margin. In the morning allow 10-15 minutes more.
When you book, we check the tide on your date and agree the departure time.
From Phuket Town it is 15-20 minutes, from Patong 25-35.
The yacht leaves through the channel around high tide, about 45 minutes to open water.
The return is also timed to the tide, so the day may end a little earlier or later than usual.
The channel into Boat Lagoon is tidal. Yachts pass it either side of high tide, so the time you leave and return is set by the tide on your date.
About 24 km, or 30-40 minutes by car. Phuket Town is 15-20 minutes away and Patong 25-35.
Yes, inside the marina complex.
Send us your date and the number of guests, and we will check the tide and the yacht for you.
